If you are trying to connect a TV / Console to the network sometimes these can require an additional step.

Most connection issues can be resolved by
  • Forgetting the network
  • Restarting the device
  • Reconnecting to the network

Please bear in mind internet speed will vary depending on site. Please contact us to ensure you are getting the correct speeds.

In order to disconnect your devices from your voucher you will need to use our clear voucher app. This will remove all exisiting devices from your voucher or alternatively you can send us a message via our contact page or talk with the team on live chat or via phone.

Once you have completed a purchase your voucher code will be displayed on screen and emailed to you. If you haven’t received your voucher code you can use our lost voucher app.

If you are experiencing a poor Wi-Fi service there are solutions which can be put in place to minimize the impact of your issue. Please see the below recommendations:

WiFi booster – This device extends & amplifies Wi-Fi signal. This will limit the effect of physical and environmental factors while increasing signal & performance.

P2P link (Wi-Fi Bridge) – This device will give you a dedicated connection to the internet providing increased stability, performance, and speed.

To connect multiple devices to the network you will need to have purchased a tariff which can support this. If you unsure of your current tariff please check your order details to confirm the amount of devices you have purchased for.

If you have a voucher which is able to accommodate more than one device, please open the splash page on the device you would like to connect and use the same voucher code.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 minutes for Multi-Device Voucher codes to activate.

If you receive the error message "Exceeded Maximum Users" then please use our clear voucher app to reset your voucher code for new devices.
